In 2016, Ileana was invited by the prestigious online platform Craftsy.com, to film an online cake decorating class. Her class "Make-ahead techniques for stunning cakes", covers her favorite cake decorating techniques, as well as the recipe of her signature Rolled Chocolate and her favorite tools and resources.
