Yes, everything is EDIBLE!
At first sigh, no one believes that what you see are sugar decorations. I have had to turn them upside down, shake them, tap them and explain how I achieved such cool and realistic look!
In College, I used to airbrush my architectural drawings. Many times I gave my hand drawn facades and sections, beautiful backdrop skies...now, I find myself coloring sugar creations and, I have to say, It's lots of fun.
Summer time is almost over, and what a great way to wrap up our summer break than with this special birthday cake that speaks of turquoise water, white sand, and lots of beach adventures!!!

It seems to be that I'm in my "Aqua" phase, since everything I feel like doing has something to do with this color. Hopefully, some more colors will appeal to me soon.
