I feel honored beyond words every time someone asks if I can ship a cake to a remote location.
Standard carriers cannot guarantee the safe transport of my cakes. Overnight long distance delivery is extremely costly and complicated. Additionally, most of my designs require skilled on-site assembly. Due to these constant inquiries, I have put in place a great alternative: The shipment of sugar parts! This process is pretty streamlined, and have proven successful, with shipments to Austria, Michigan, Key Biscayne, New Mexico, and many more distant locations in the books! |
Sugar Parts Process
I. Design Proposal
My clients and I discuss either over the phone, Skype or via email the requirements of your order.
I submit for your review a password protected, detailed and noted design, with information pertinent on how to place my sugar decorations, and with the characteristics of the cake(s) that you will source locally.
II. Investment
Once we agree on the design, and final quantity of your order, I proceed to submit an estimate of my product and services, as well as shipping cost alternatives.
All payments are paid in full with any major credit card via Pay Pal.
III. Packaging & Shipping
Once your order is finished, I let all Sugar Parts to dry between 5 and 7 days, to be sure they are ready to travel!
You can rest assure that I will take any measure necessary to guarantee the safe shipping of your order. My package weight estimates are generous, since I protect the content of your package carefully.
As per our contract, Sugar Realm is not to be held responsible for any breakage of parts during transit.
