A quote that truly reflects the artistry and passion that Ileana puts into her beautiful cakes.  She made my daughter’s amazing wedding cake “Brocades and Sari” in October 2011.  

As I started to plan for another special celebration, I knew Ileana (Sugar Realm) would be the only one who could make a cake for our daughter’s baby shower that would truly reflect my deepest joy. 

The baby shower cake was beyond my own vision of greatness reflecting beauty, joy and innocence.  The taste of the cake was unbelievably YUMMY and DECADENT to everyone’s palate. Ileana merged apricot with almond at the level of a master in culinary skill.  The cake was fresh and light in texture that truly complemented my baby shower luncheon.
